My work with individuals emphasizes healing and reduces shame. I have 12+ years experience working with individuals, children, and families, with special interests and experience working with parents, adults experiencing life transitions, and individuals looking to enhance coping skills in stressful times. I draw from a variety of therapy techniques, with a strong focus on mindfulness and self-compassion.
