Hi!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Missouri. Though I've been licensed for five years, I have a nearly ten years of experience working with people in a therapeutic capacity. I've had the opportunity to work with clients facing an array of challenges, including overwhelming stress, divorce, parenting challenges, housing or food insecurity, depression, and anxiety. I also have experience working with survivors of childhood abuse (physical, sexual, and emotional), domestic violence, and sexual assault.

I tend to be pretty laid-back during counseling sessions and my main focus is giving you space to talk through whatever is on your mind. The space I hold for you will be open-minded, non-judgmental, and warm. I'm primarily a client-centered therapist, so I mainly want to hear from you. However, I do incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy so that you have something concrete to focus on, if you want it. I believe that clients deserve the right to be a collaborator in the therapeutic process, so I'll want to hear from you what's working, what isn't, what you like, and what you don't. I'm eager to partner with you.
