I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with over 24 years experience working as a counselor. I have worked with a variety of clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, and parenting challenges.
My therapy style is warm and calming. I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential to facilitating growth. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution focused therapy. I also focus strongly on the development of coping skills. The client and I work together to determine the best plan to help with the concerns.
