I have a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology & I have my LPC in the state of Missouri. I have worked in community mental health serving the adult population for many years now. I transitioned into private practice 3 years ago & I have absolutely loved working with adults with a variety of symptoms including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use disorders, PTSD related to domestic violence, childhood abuse & victims of violent crimes. I also have experience working with first responders & used to be one before becoming a Therapist. I have experience in DBT, CBT, Person Centered therapy along with Trauma Informed Care, motivational interviewing & Mindfulness.
