I am a cognitive-existential-therapist in the state of Georgia. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and experiences. These are a few OCD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, physical trauma, emotional abuse, and career concerns.
My therapy role is warm and inviting. I treat everyone with respect , sensitivity, and compassion. It takes courage and commitment to pursue a happy and healthy life. I usually start with cogn itive-existential and then integrate other therapies that my best fit the issues you are confronted with. I look forward to working with you and I will be in your corner.
