Hi, my name is Allison and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been working in the mental health field for the past year, focusing on therapy and brief counseling interventions for the past five. Most of my focus over the years has been working with individual struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss and general life changes. I enjoy working with older adults, but have experience working with adults of all ages. I take a holistic approach when working with individuals, providing supportive therapeutic interventions but also trying to promote self-empowerment at the same time. I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) modalities.
