I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Georgia. I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and life-changing medical diagnoses. My compassionate and encouraging approach to therapy is founded on the belief that therapy should offer a safe space for introspection and self-discovery. Therapy is a collaborative effort that requires openness without judgment. It is a tool to empower oneself to realize the true power one already holds within. My therapeutic approach draws on the fundamentals of CBT, DBT, IPI, MI, and solution-focused therapy. I believe that treatment methodologies are not one size fits all, however, my warmth and empathy are shared with everyone.
