Ms. Alissa Anaya is an engaging, knowledgeable, and supportive psychotherapist. She has over a decade's worth of experience in treating victims of OCD in inpatient and outpatient settings. She now brings her expertise to the offices of NOCD in Miami, FL, and Columbus, OH. Ms. Anaya attended Ohio University. Here, she acquired a master's degree in education, focusing on mental health counseling. She treats anxiety disorders and conducts sessions for psychotherapy, pediatric OCD, and new patient visits. For Ms. Anaya, connecting and building trust with her patients is a priority. She swears by the exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, which is evidence-based and proven to work for all OCD subtypes.
