I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Body Positive Facilitator for Groups and Individual Therapy through the Body Positive Institute, and I hold a certificate as a Certified Trauma Support Specialist-Individual from the Arizona Trauma Institute. I am LGBTQIA+ identifying and allied, BIPOC identifying and allied, Body Positive, and kink affirming.

I offer a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and compassion focused approach to therapy. I aim to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship that is based on mutual respect, trust, and accountability. My work as a therapist is centered in helping my clients feel seen, validated, as well as offering alternative perspectives and assisting people in finding solutions and coping methods that work for them and their unique situations.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQIA+ related issues, boundary and relationship issues, trauma, OCD , life stress, and self esteem/confidence issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
