I want to welcome you to my practice, where I look to help everyone, I treat as a unique individual, and consider the importance and differences of histories, personalities, and the ways people cope with their emotional distress. I consider these intricate points very carefully when I am creating a specifically tailored treatment plan. There are three essential goals that are almost always acquired in our therapeutic relationship: 1) Increased insight and improved understanding of the mental state by understanding potential signs of mental illness, and develop or deepen awareness and acceptance of emotions and feelings. 2) Helping Clients identify their own personal strengths to establish or settle emotional struggles that can help one live a productive life. 3). Developing appropriate and autonomous coping skills that are realistic, achievable, and most importantly, the right solutions for you.
