I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been licensed for more than twenty years. I have worked in a variety of settings to include residential and outpatient adult and adolescent treatment facilities. My goal as a therapist is to help you become... this means I work with you to determine where you are, where you want to go, and who or what you want to become as a person. I utilize CBT techniques and methods to help you replace faulty thoughts and beliefs with more effective one, leading to stable emotions, and enhanced behavior. I specialize in relationships, personal development, substance abuse and compulsive sexual behavior. I consider myself a functional introvert who is willing to try new ways and methods of doing things.
