I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 30 years experience in the Mental Health Field. My entire career has focused on Trauma and Resolution and I have extensive experience working with Survivors of Sexual Abuse, Debriefing first responders, and Military Issues. I spent 2 years in Iraq working on a combat counseling team; and I know first hand the issues veterans face when returning from deployment. I have spent the last 15 years traveling to military bases all over the USA and the world working with Active Duty Military and their families. I have also treated addictions, eating disorders, depression and anxiety. My style is very supportive and laid back, and I believe in meeting people where they are, and tailoring sessions to your individual goals. I am very solution focused and use a very educational and cognitive based approach. I am looking forward to meeting you and walking with you on your journey to live your best life now.
