I am licensed in Missouri with 6 years of experience in therapy and 10 years in the field of mental health. My areas of focus include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, career guidance, self-esteem and more. Throughout my career I have spent a significant amount of time supporting individuals within inpatient treatment settings, outpatient treatment settings, school settings, out within the community and in private practice, both in-person and virtually. It is my belief that there is no one size fits all in mental health treatment. Through therapy, I am able to offer a safe environment where your journey to wellness can begin and continue.
