Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama with 4+ years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience helping clients cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and low motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have experience with helping clients process and navigate family conflicts.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment so thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My therapy style is warm and interactive, and I enjoy utilizing music, memes, social media, books, and apps in therapy when appropriate for my clients. My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. All of which means that I can help you determine how your thoughts, emotions, and behavior are connected, as well as help with short and long term motivation to change. I'll collaborate with you on your treatment goals and will tailor sessions to assist you with meeting your goals.
