About

I am a licensed psychologist with both a Doctorate (Psy.D.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from CSPP San Francisco. Additionally, I hold two Bachelor degrees from University of Washington, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Swedish Language and Culture. I have a history working in arts and music and continue to use my skills and passions regularly as part of my self-care practice. I have experience with a wide variety of mental health conditions from anxiety, ADHD, depression and PTSD to bipolar disorder and schizoaffective disorder. I also have experience with dual diagnoses including substance use disorders and harm reduction goals. I have worked extensively in the LGBTQ community and particularly with folks along the gender spectrum. I enjoy helping those with trauma histories heal and create new narratives around their lives.
