"I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Howard University Alumnus. Sharing almost 20 years of experience in family and children's services, trauma work, community mental health care, and crisis intervention, there is not much I have not seen or heard. I believe strongly in honoring the diversity of humanity and strive to provide a safe haven for my clients to grow through life's challenges.

My treatment approach is more eclectic in nature, employing a variety of techniques to assess and address the whole being of my clients. I am versed and trained in Cognitive Behavior, Dialectical Behavior, Mindfulness-Based, and Trauma-Focused therapies. I believe in focusing on the strengths of my clients and helping them to tap into natural resources and supports in their community, to achieve balance and whole-health in their lives.
