I am a strengths based therapist who aims to work with a client from where they are at the beginning of our work together and help you to reach your therapeutic goals. I hope to provide you with support and empower you to learn skills that will help you to navigate life successfully after our work together is completed. I have experience working with children and families and have completed play therapy training. I also have experience working with individuals with psychiatric disorders, substance use and forensic backgrounds.
