My name is Aesha Lomas. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in South Florida. I am a graduate of Nova Southeastern University and I have been practicing for 7 years. I have extensive training and experience working with adolescents and adults, including those who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, suicidality, other mental health diagnoses, and co-occurring disorders. My therapeutic approach aims to identify and address the underlying causes of coping difficulties and mental health concerns.
