About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I have also been a school counselor and I am currently working on my Ph.D.

My experience started while I worked in a behavioral health hospital with patients who struggled with self-injury and eating disorders. I have worked with clients in private practice who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation. My philosophy in therapy is that counselors work in collaboration with their clients to help them gain the tools they need. I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship is most important in order to gain client trust.
