I am an affirming therapist who is very attuned to the individual experience and narrative of every client I work with. I will not ignore your unique struggle, trauma, or journey that has shaped your life. I will help you go deeper to explore identity, pain, longings, fears, beliefs, struggles, resent, and relationships that have affected you in the past and still affect you today. I am open, non-judgemental, accepting, empathetic, and honest. I believe in therapy, that it works, and I will be with you for every step of your healing.
