Past and present experiences can debilitate people in many ways, negatively affecting personal and professional goals, development, empowerment, and well-being, but it does not have to be that way. You cannot change the past or predict the future, but you can set your intention today to initiate steps, which can lead to positive changes and desired outcomes. You can live life rather than feeling that life is living you. To that end, we provide services tailored to your specific therapy needs, such individuals, couples, families, and groups counseling.

I am a compassionate, skilled, and competent therapist, dedicated to your care. My primary goal as your therapist is to help you feel better about yourself and your situation. Some of the problems that I have helped people with over the years include, but are not limited to, the following: depression in adults and children, anxiety in adults, youth, and children, couples therapy, grief and bereavement, self-esteem, assertive communication skills.
