I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Board Certified Art Therapists and Family Counselor. My use of CBT and evidenced based psychotherapy therapy combined with creative art therapy makes for an effective and unique approach with children, adolescents, adults and families. My goal is to help address problems and issues quickly and effectively. I will use established treatment methods to fit individualized needs in a creative and unique way to ensure that you receive the best care and treatment outcomes possible.
Deni Vasilatos MA, ATR-BC, LPC is a Professional Counselor/ Board Certified Art Therapist with Cognitive Behavior Institute in Cranberry TWP. This treatment focuses on Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT) and employs a positive, active, educational approach that focuses on teaching you how to change and on seeking solutions rather than just simply talking about your past, or "exploring" your feelings and problems.
Clinical studies have proven that CBT can effectively treat many clinical issues. The goal is to help clients address their problems quickly and effectively.
