Dr. Zuzanna Molenda is a licensed psychologist in the state of New Jersey and the state of New York who implements an integrative approach in her clinical practice. Dr. Molenda works with individuals who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life, including their interpersonal relationships. She implements an individualized and collaborative approach while applying evidence-based interventions in order to assist clients in working towards meeting their goals. Dr. Molenda seeks to understand each client based on their individual needs, while integrating multicultural and developmental considerations in treatment planning. She believes that establishing a strong alliance with her clients is essential to getting the most out of therapy and creating lasting change. Through this alliance, she partners with clients to explore and address thought and behavior patterns that may prevent them from fully enjoying life. Although Zuzanna prioritizes the presenting issues that bring individuals to therapy, she pays equal attention to the strengths clients already possess with the focus on their well-being while allowing them to be the most authentic versions of themselves. Dr. Molenda has clinical experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, grief, bereavement, substance use, interpersonal and adjustment difficulties. She currently accepts clients for virtual sessions who reside in the state of New Jersey and New York.
