I am a licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts with 8 years of experience working as a behavior therapist and school social worker. I have worked with clients with concerns of depression, anxiety, parenting problems, relationship issues, ASD, ADHD, life transitions, and others. I also helped children, teenagers, and adults who have experienced sexual, physical and emotional abuse.

I use a holistic and strength based approach to help you develop the strategies and tools you'll need to achieve mental, physical and spiritual growth. I believe that we all have strengths that can be used. For me spiritually has been very important in life, such as family, and friends. Together we will find what those strengths are and use them to achieve your goals. Some of the therapeutic modalities I've used to help people are CBT, EMDR, solution focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, family system therapy and others.

It will be a privilege to meet you where you're at and support you in your growth in safe non-judgmental space. I know how important is to be listened and understood. Therefore, I check and respond to email and text twice a day. I offer live chat, phone sessions, and occasional video sessions weekly, scheduled with at least two weeks in advance. These sessions are offered during the week between the hours of 1pm and 4pm and Saturdays from 1pm and 4pm.
