I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, parenting skills, postpartum depression, compassion fatigue (due to work related issues and life stressors), and professional development through reflective supervision for professionals working in the early childhood sector.
