About
We live in a demanding era in which the choices and pressures of everyday life can be overwhelming, causing both interpersonal and interpersonal conflict. Therapy is the process of change, generating self-affirming thought patterns towards a hopeful and resilient future, a centered and balanced life. I offer a person-centered, strengths-based approach directed by the needs of the individual. I offer Mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, and Narrative Therapy in my interactions with clients. Therapeutic techniques vary depending upon the individual. Every person is interesting and I enjoy the journey of discovery, increasing insight and finding solutions. I recognize that people are incredibly unique and have freedom of choice in all aspects of lifestyle, personal relationship and family arrangement. I deeply respect each person and their choices.
