I approach counseling with the conviction that each person was created to thrive in life and relationships. Everyone encounters problems, pain, loss and many other challenges, but these do not need to determine one's identity or future. My therapeutic approach addresses the client's mind, emotions, spirit, and body, creating a holistic approach to healing and growth. I function to create a safe atmosphere for clients to share openly and move towards their goals. I received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from The University of Amberton and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I function from an integrative model using aspects of Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy.
