I am an experienced compassionate therapist. I have worked in behavioral health as a clinician since 1985. I look forward to bringing out the best in the clients I serve by assisting them to empower themselves to aspire to their greatest potential as they move forward in life. I have experience working with individuals (adults, adolescents, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds). Although I incorporate various treatment modalities into the therapeutic process I emphasize a strength-based mindful approach to assist clients with improving coping skills, managing stress, resolving conflict (internal and external), improving mood, understanding triggers, internal and external barriers that impact choices, and learning to utilize consequential positive thinking to improve their lives.
