I am Dr. Zenaida Woods. I work with everyday people from all backgrounds who are experiencing life challenges and those who have experienced traumatic situations. You talk, I listen. Together we will Identify your challenges, goals, and create a plan to get you to where you want to be in life.
I teach practical skills to help you deal with life problems.
