Zanessa Kastler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has clinical and life experience working with individuals with relationship conflict and parenting struggles. A former military social worker and private practice owner, Zanessa enjoys helping families find peace and restoration through forgiveness and conflict resolution. Zanessa attended Lubbock Christian University and has worked with Youth With a Mission and has a background in missions and social work with indigenous populations and sex trafficking victims. Trained in EMDR and TF-CBT, Zanessa has a strong background in trauma work as well. Zanessa is a mother of four and enjoys spending her time homeschooling, gardening, writing, and traveling, outside of counseling and coffee dates. Zanessa is involved in women’s ministry and has created couples therapy curriculum under LoveFire Counseling.
