With the vast challenges we face in our lives, we should never have to fight through them alone, and I'm here to help. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from New York State. My area of expertise is younger to older adults, and my goal is to help them discover what they want to change in their lives, and to help them effect that change while in the comfort of a safe space. I have helped people with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, stress, and other challenges. I work to help people tap into their own mental and emotional strengths. With a supportive and collaborative relationship my goal is to help you reach yours; through humor, validation, challenging, and creating a safe non-judgement space. I utilize a person centered approach and adjust techniques based on individual need. Cognitive Behavioral therapy and solution focused are my starting framework. As well as being a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I aim to continuously educate myself on best practices and techniques to better address the needs of my clients.
