If you are looking for a counselor who will meet you where you are and join you in your journey to becoming the best version of yourself, then you're in the right place! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been practicing therapy for the past 5 years. I have experience working with substance use, mood disorders, anxiety, and post traumatic stress. I am flexible in my approach and find it helpful to use strategies that work for each individual I encounter. In my practice I utilize elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care.
