I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience working as an individual and family therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, various addictions, relationship issues, family systems, parenting problems, child defiance and aggression, trauma, chronic stress, Bipolar, and ADHD. I have also often integrated faith-based counseling techniques and worldview.
My therapy style is warm and collaborative. I believe in treating anyone with respect, autonomy, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies, and I have experience with faith-based counseling. I will work to individualize all interventions and dialogue to your specific, unique needs.
