About

Early on in life, I realized I wanted to help people meet their goals and achievements while improving their quality of life. I have worked in the medical and counseling field for over 21 years. I graduated in 2012 with my Masters in Counseling and moved on to become a Licensed Professional Counselor eventually. I realized a great need for effective counseling to take a holistic approach through this process. I believe it is essential to consider an individual’s mental, physical, and spiritual aspects to help them better. I have worked as a Clinical Therapist in multiple settings for the past 12 years with a variety of individual problems, including Relationships, Adjustment disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder, Mood Disorders, ADD, ADHD, PTSD, Trauma, and issues that arise out of being a first responder.

I am passionate about helping others, and I believe that life experience is a must when choosing a counselor. Providing a safe place to share and grow while being challenged and encouraged is my priority in helping you become healthier and happier.
