There are times we find ourselves feeling stuck in old habits, patterns, and fears that no longer serve us anymore. There are times we feel down, anxious, stressed, alone, unloved, confused, or feel we lost a sense of direction or who we are. There are also times we’re not sure how we’re even feeling or how we even got to a “bad place.” My therapeutic approach is strength-based, client-centered, solution-focused, and a collaborative process sprinkled with a little humor. I am no cookie cutter therapist, and your feedback is important to me, so I do my best to meet you on your level. I provide a safe, comfortable environment while guiding and assisting you in identifying triggers, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are impacting your daily life. Letting yourself be vulnerable can feel scary and I am here to help you strengthen and learn new skills to feel empowered to be your best.
