I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Nebraska with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I started my career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with a variety of clients. I have worked with depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, active military, veterans and military dependents, psychosis and relationship concerns. I believe the client is the expert in their life and my role is to help them become the healthiest version of themselves.
My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy; however, I also take a client centered approach. I tailor my approach to the needs of the client. I believe I am very empathetic and caring. I believe the therapeutic alliance is essential to making progress and gains in therapy.
