Hello, I am Yvette Dehn, LCPC, of Lambert-Dehn Christian Counseling. I am truly honored that you're considering taking this therapeutic journey with me. My aim is to offer a holistic approach to therapy, ensuring every session becomes a step closer to healing and wholeness. My approach to therapy is grounded in the synergy of clinical expertise and spiritual guidance. I hold onto the profound truth of John 8:36: ""Whom the Son sets free is truly free indeed"". This conviction is the bedrock of my therapeutic practice. I am a fervent believer that true healing and freedom arise from faith in Christ Jesus. Consequently, the Holy Spirit guides every aspect of my clinical approach. This spiritual foundation, when combined with my adeptness at using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, ensures that we address not just the symptoms, but also the underlying emotional and psychological challenges. Together, we'll work on managing thoughts and emotions that might be leading to unwanted consequences, blending the proven techniques of CBT with the timeless wisdom from the Bible.
