As a psychologist and nurse, I bring a unique understanding to therapy with a focus on both biological and psychological factors that impact mood and behavioral patterns. I believe in a collaborative and holistic approach in my work to help each client achieve personal life goals that are generally aimed at improving health and wellness, managing stress, and improving relationships. While I have diversity within my caseload, I specialize in working with individuals who have chronic illnesses and/or a variety of health diagnoses. I have specialized training in working with chronic pain and insomnia. I combine techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy but also integrate other approaches that are tailored towards the individual.
