I am a caring and empathic psychologist, licensed in Maryland, and have twenty years of diverse professional experiences in various settings, including eight years providing psychotherapy.

Areas of expertise include anxiety (including obsessive compulsive symptoms), depression, and problems with emotional or behavioral regulation that make it difficult to keep positive relationships or advance in one's chosen field. I can also help you navigate major life changes or stressors with practical coping strategies, self-compassion, and perspective.

My therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral, based in identifying thoughts and beliefs that have not been serving you well.
