I'm a late-in-life member of the ADHD club, a Perinatal Mental Health Provider, and especially love working with other neurodivergent folks and parents. I enjoy couples therapy, and am a Level 2 Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. Supporting clients in breaking harmful intergenerational patterns, and to heal from trauma by providing culturally competent care to fellow members of marginalized communities is my jam. What is your approach to therapy? Our bodies carry emotions, trauma, memories. We will pay attention to learn the ways you and your body experience highs and lows. We will work together to conquer difficulties, manage emotions, confront past traumas, and create a vision for your future. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal as a therapist is to help others overcome challenges, past and present.
