Sometimes life puts us in tough situations that can often feel overwhelming. Facing these challenges alone can have a negative impact on a person. For some, it can feel burdensome sharing our feelings with friends and family. I approach my work with acceptance and compassion. Creating a safe place where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of CT with 10 years of experience working as a clinician with clients from all walks of life. I have experience working with diverse population and people of different age groups. I am culturally sensitive and seek knowledge about my client’s cultures. I have worked with clients who face various challenges concerning depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship/family issues and self-esteem issues. My goal is to assist you in developing better cognitive/emotional skills to cope with the challenges you face in order to improve your life.
