I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington with over 12 years of working in the mental health field and about 5 years as a counselor. I have worked with clients that suffer from a variety of diagnosis and symptoms like Schizophrenia and depression. I have also worked with individuals that have suffered domestic violence or other trauma.
My style of therapy is non directive, supportive and safe. I am very warm and easy to talk to as well as supportive throughout the entire therapy process. My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and motivational interviewing. I will ensure your treatment plans meet your needs and concerns.
