Hello, there.

My name is Yoshiko (she/her). I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Florida. I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 15 years. I have worked with clients with variety of concerns and difficulties including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, relationship issues, PTSD, career challenges, family relational issues, and ADHD.
I have experience helping parents with children on the Autism Spectrum.
My counseling style is interactive and focusing on relationships. I feel honored to be part of your journey as you progress with your aspiration and refine yourself to be the best you can be. I treat everyone with respect, kindness and compassion. I will nudge you every day to make steps forward to your goals and dreams.
