I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10+ years of experience providing clinical services. My training in Somatic Psychotherapy was in California and I am currently residing in Wisconsin. When I'm not working, I enjoy nature, yoga, music, spending time with family and exploring new places. I believe that therapy should be a holistic and experiential process.
