My name is Yomaira Tovar; I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified as a qualified supervisor in Florida. Licensed since 1993, I have helped Individuals struggling with negative self-talk, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues. I have held positions as a clinical supervisor, program manager and most recently as a Director of Clinical Services at a psychiatric facility. Cognitive behavioral therapy, Mindfulness and Eye Movement desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are methods I use successfully to facilitate restoration.
