Everyone needs a little help sometime. Providing counseling is a natural extension of who I am: I genuinely care about my clients’ sense of life satisfaction. I utilize therapeutic techniques and a splash of humor during my sessions. I love partnering with clients who face challenges such as depression, general stress, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, life transitions, and social stressors. Employing an empathetic but constructive ear is a hallmark of my approach. No matter the challenge- we are a team that works together toward better outcomes.
