Hello, my name is Yolanda. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained and experienced in several forms of evidence-based therapy. I have over 12 years of counseling experience in various treatment settings.

I've worked with adults impacted by depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, addiction, family dysfunction, relationship issues, and anger management difficulties. I have also worked with many clients seeking help to cope with general stress due to life circumstances.

I can help you address life challenges, make healthier decisions, reduce symptoms that are impacting you, improve coping skills, work on self-esteem and confidence, and improve your communication and interpersonal relationships. My goal is to help my clients enjoy an overall happier, healthier, and a more fulfilling quality of life.

My counseling style is down to earth and collaborative. I don't have a one size fits all approach. Rather, I find it extremely important to work alongside you to assess what you’d like help with and what your desired outcomes are in order to provide the best combination of techniques and interventions to help you reach your goals. You are the expert on your life. I bring clinical expertise to help guide you to the solutions you are looking for.
