I truly enjoy helping others and seeing the joy and sense of accomplishment when clients have reached their goals. I like to inspire others through their difficult moments, and also to act as a point of reflection offering continued personal development for my clients. As a licensed professional counselor, I take great pride in offering accessible holistic therapeutic options for everyday realities. Some of my specialties include working with adolescents, teens, and adults with depression, anxiety, issues with self esteem, ADHD and getting through difficult times in life.
