I am licensed in Texas and New Mexico with 25 years of professional work experience in the mental health industry. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, trauma & coping with life changes.
A therapist can be a facilitator to help us navigate the path of healing that can often get overwhelming and emotional safety is key in your healing on your counseling journey. You will find that the answers lie inside of you, and a counselor can help you find those answers, hone in on your strengths, set realistic goals for yourself and excavate thoughts that no longer serve you. It takes work, but I believe you can do this, and we get back the work that we invest in ourselves.
