Hello and welcome to my Find A Therapist page. I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have been working in the mental health field for 16 years and for 12 years as a licensed psychotherapist. I am very interested in helping people overcome their general mental health concerns through the practice of coaching, counseling, and therapy. I practice primarily from the standpoint of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilize mindfulness practices. My schedule availability is aimed to help people get counseling, who may otherwise not be able to get it, such as second and third shift workers.
